Scheduled Maintenance

The Network Operations Center maintains an archive of pending and completed maintenance activites that affect services operating on the Shastalink Network. Prior to the execution of any planned maintenance activities, an email notification is sent to customers who may experience a service disruption during the maintenance period. The notification describes the maintenance window, the activities that are planned and any additional information that may be relevant. Please review the TAC policy email on communication with customers for information on how to authenticate messages recieved from the NOC.
