Instructions

Desktop E-mail Clients

We do not offer technical support for Desktop E-mail Clients however your ShastaCOE/Shastalink e-mail account can be setup with most industry-standard e-mail applications. These instructions are provided as a courtesy and we do not guarantee that your account will work with your e-mail applications. We recommend that you use Outlook Web Access (Webmail) which gives you complete access to all your e-mail from any computer with a web browser and an internet connection.

E-mail Address: jdoe@shastalink.k12.ca.us
User Name: jdoe
Password: *****
Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): mail.shastalink.k12.ca.us
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): mail.shastalink.k12.ca.us

Troubleshooting Suggestions: If you can't get your Desktop E-mail Client to work, first verify that you can log into Outlook Web Access. If you can access your account via Outlook Web Access, then your Desktop E-mail Client may not be supported. If you can't log into Outlook Web Access (Webmail), then feel free to contact Shastalink TAC.
